Allyson M. Pritchett

Founder & Managing Partner

Allyson is the Managing Partner for Bodka Creek Capital, LLC.

Previously, Allyson worked in the Development Group for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, underwriting and redeveloping hotels, retail spaces and theme parks in the multi billion-dollar asset portfolio. She also covered the Senior Living Sector as a Summer Investment Analyst for T. Rowe Price.

Between those experiences and founding Bodka Creek, she led numerous teams as a Project Leader with Boston Consulting Group, executing complex strategic projects that launched new products into market, renegotiated cost bases for organizations, and helped secure the 2028 Olympic Games for the City of Los Angeles. She also served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Corporate Finance practice and an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.

Allyson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. She is also an alumni of Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program) and a Member of the Urban Land Institute. A former Division I track athlete, she brings discipline and hard work to her commercial real estate deals and investors.

Edward Pritchett

Edward is the CEO of a nationwide financial services firm with over 900 agents in 43 states and Puerto Rico. Their services range from personal insurance to group plans and tie together with family legacy planning. In addition to his role in his company, Edward sits on the Advisory Board for one of the largest Insurance Marketing Organizations in the country, a Hydrogen Energy Startup and a Registered Investment Advisory firm.


Edward earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and certification in Supply Chain Management from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Graham Crain

Graham Crain has oversight of Anderson-Crain Investment Group’s multifamily acquisition strategy, lender relationships, and investor relations for the Midwest. He built the vertically integrated team at Anderson-Crain where he has facilitated over $100mil in transactions. Mr. Crain is on the Board of Directors for the Evangelical Christian Credit Union, a national credit union that oversees over $700mil in assets.

Graham was the President for YPMAC and graduated from Kansas State University with a Masters of Science Degree.

Daniel Hamann

Previously, Daniel was the President of a nationwide property management firm with 200+ employees and more than 500 million in assets. For seven years, Daniel developed and led an asset management department for a 2.2 billion-dollar multifamily portfolio with 17,000 units nationwide. He has participated in underwriting an acquisitions on more than 1.2 billion of multifamily transactions and is an expert in multi-family operations, asset management, and value-add strategy.


Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and a Master in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
